I hope to be back to my blogging self now that we are settling back into the language school groove. Last week we were privileged to host David and Andrea White on their survey trip along with Gabe Miller who joined us on some of the ventures. Lord willing the Whites will be returning to Chile in the future to work as missionaries. We had a great time with their company and enjoyed the chance to break out some of our games and fellowship. We did a lot throughout the week but here are some highlights of our trip.

There is nothing like a protesters and riot police clashing during your trip to downtown. 
The fourth of July we met with several other missionary families for the traditional cook-out fixings. 
We spent a day at the coastal cities of Valparaiso and Viña del Mar.

I recognize several of those smiling faces at the missionary 4th of July celebration! AJ & Pat Easter's daughter and I grew up as best friends and MK's here in Chile. Looks like it was a fun time. (:
